As Chief Trailblazer of Epic Conversations she specializes in private coaching programs, high-impact leadership development workshops (live and virtual, horse-led and classroom-style), event keynotes,and organizational strategic planning projects.

Since 2015, she's led her own Colorado-based coaching and consulting firm where she serves global brands, national and state associations, and a wide variety of entrepreneurs, helping them to deepen trust, clarify vision, improve operating systems, and develop talent.
